Help with vBulletin

Hey,
I'm getting pretty good with the tech side of vB now.
Ie, I did a complete database restore last night, and I've managed to do things I didn't understand two days ago.
I need someone who can help do small things, like install a chatbox (i've installed one but it refuses to appear, probably something i've not done in the style)
Simple things, any volunteers?

its not just that.
due to my noobishness, there are a few things on the forum that are odd.
for example you cannot press anything in the reply box, such as bold or colour etcetc
basically i need someone to clean up with me.
