Do like this. OBS! Dont made by me.

iVista Project

Welcome to the iVista project, a project which transforms the look of a windows pc to the look of a beautiful, Leopard Mac! Purchase ObjectDesktop from stardock before you do this., Once done Follow these instructions:

Step One ::
Before you do this purchase ObjectDesktop from StarDock, And once you have that installed roll on with this tutorial.
You will need to download RK Launcher - Leopard Inspired (http://windowsedge.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2158) Install the RK Launcher, After that customize your dock to how you like. And make sure your happy with the Dock.

Step Two ::
Un-lock the Windows taskbar then drag it to the very top of the screen, Then lock it once again.

Step Three ::
Next you need to change the look of your system (Windows & Taskbar)
So you need to download Windowblinds (http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/) (Object desktop should install this anyway!) once you have Windowblinds installed you will need to get the Windowsblinds Leopard theme we're going to use, All you need to do is Click Here (http://www.osx-e.com/downloads/themes/mac_os_x_leopard_2_for_windowblinds.html)and download the Mac OS X Leopard 2 Theme for Windowblinds. When thats downloaded double click the .wba file in the zip folder and a pop-up should come indicating that there is a new theme for Windowblinds. Click the balloon and select the Mac OS X Leopard theme, Right click on click on Install theme. There is loads of themes, Get on Google.

Step Four ::
Right so now we're all ready with themes etc. But we still need Icons and Menu bar. To get our Menu bar, open Object bar and install Leopard Perfect Theme (http://chaodam.deviantart.com/art/Leopard-Perfect-for-ObjectBar-68407312) once you've done that the fonts wont look right so you need to download and install these (http://kool3d.co.uk/fonts.zip) fonts. Okay so now you've done that your menu bar will be 'Perfect'. Just icons to sort out now, Thanks to Yoni at WindowsEdge here is the Leopard Icon pack for 'Icon packager'. Which is included in Object Desktop.

Step Five ::
Right so we're almost done but we still have that vista cursor. You can get the Mac OS X cursor from Here (http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=999)
(The link should download the folder instantly), Apply cursor and enjoy!

tbh installing lots of programs just to make it look pretty is silly.

If you have the right hardware you can install OSX right onto your windows pc.

The title is wrong. It should be changed to 'Do you want to make Vista look like Mac OS?'

But yeah. It might be nice for somebody who wanted a change from vista's look

the thing is, unless you have a powerful pc, all that stuff will just lag it down.

Vista is good, no need to wreck it by putting a mac theme on it.

Indeed. The first line is irritating "do you want your PC to look like a beautiful leopard Mac." We don't want your opinionated crap!

Quite happy with Vista, when I wan't MacOSX Ill either fire up VMWare to use an image I downloaded a few months back or wait to get my MacBook.

Don't try to make vista look like mac. Just get a cheapy mac mini which you can stick on another desk if you want it that badly. I'm sure all this modding will make vista even more unstable and is a big no-no. I have a mac mini which will be hooked up to our tv downstairs now I have a far more powerful vista computer. I like them seperate, not a crappy, modded, mac wanna-be vista theme and software.

I feel your being harsh on the person who posted this, all they're suggesting is if you want your pc to look like a MAC OS then you do this, they're not saying you have to, its meerly a suggestion.

Good Post + Rep :)
