Sorry but i dont like it. Maybe dont do that bit at the top with the banner bit sticking out a bit to the left. Makes it look uneven. :]

I've got to admit, that was one of my worst.

I screwed up the inside-headers as well, and it really looks messy, thus why I asked to criticise.
