How do they know whos bought the game legit though? Surely they can't ban people because a shop breached agreement.

they really should put more regulations on these shops because if it's for the true gamers who will be going for prizes such as the key to the city thing (first 10 to get 100% on story get a 'key to liberty city' if i remember rightly)
