Girl help

Hey all

I really like this girl, I mean REALLY like her. I don't know her that well, but we kind of talk at school when we see each other. (Shes not in any of my classes)
Well, I thought i'd take a stab in the dark and ask her out. She said no, because we didn't know each other well enough. She also said when we get to know each other, we can give it a try.
So, a few weeks later. I've been talking to her at school loads, on MSN loads, all sorts. I'm in my maths class, and my best mate next to me says: "Danny, I'm going out with [girl]."
I was literally heartbroken. I was trying to hold it back when he told me.
What can I do?? Tell my mate I like her? Just keep it quiet?

well, dont show emotions to your best mate because he'll think hes hurting you. Males cant hide there true emotions to girl but however you can hope that it don't last forever considering how mature and girl-wise he is - In this case hopefully NOT for your benefits.

To be honest, she sounds like she won't give you a chance anyway. Says she'll give it a try... doesn't sound like a good way to start a relationship if you ask me?? So my advice is actually to move on and find someone different.

If you really do love her and don't care if she doesn't love you back, keep on talking to her (no flirting in case she tells) then make your move when they split up. If you ask me, it'll all be for nothing though :(
