What can i put in this type of room?

Im creating a desert and a snowy room..
However, I've put sand and snow patches down.. and its looking pretty deserted!

I need ideas for things i could put in them.. I dont want anything to do with civilisation or humans in them :D

If you could give me some ideas that would be greatfully appreciated.
