Does Anyone Else Think This Is A Good Idea
At My School Everyone In Year 10 Has Been Assigned To A Mentor. Which Is Basically Someone Who Works At School.
What They Do Is You Have Meetings During School Time For Around 10-20 Mins And Talk About Your Grades For GCSE And If You Have Problems In Lessons Ect.
And They Use A Traffic Light System So If You Are On Or Above Your Target Grade Your Green
If You Are A Grade Below You Are Yellow/Amber
If You Are Two Grades Or More Below You Are RED ;o
And I had My First Meeting Yesterday And I Think This Has Helped Me, As Now I Know What I Need To Do More Work In And Concentrate More, Which This Is Only Two Lessons.
