Well people have said that if you use cheats, you can't get the bonuses and stuff. What if on one save you didn't use cheats, but on the other you did? On the save that you didn't perform cheats would you still get the bonuses or not?

Depends what "bonuses" you're talking about.. If you mean achievements, if you use cheats achievements get disabled.

Sorry for the bump babes but is there anything in writing saying that if you use the cheats on one save, it only disables achievements on the save and not the rest of the game?

No there isn't but I can guarantee it only does it for that save.
