Xbox 360: What's the best to get? [+rep]

Hey,

My brother is (possibly) getting an Xbox 360 for his birthday - he'll be 13.

I think we're going to get him GTA 4, Halo 3 and COD4 - but what other games would he like? He likes the sorta stuff I mentioned above, and he'll be more then likely getting XBL Gold, so what would be good for him?
