Well, she did hurt me alot, she been with me, and almost ****** off to my best mate, and with this other dude.
well, she always was saying she needed me, then the next day she said she wanted to stay single, and it just keeps happening over over again, so i just removed her and not gonna talk to her
do you think it alright to do that? or is that cowardly?

I think it's a bit sad if you had a good friendship with her and maybe you can talk to her about how you feel and work things out.
Otherwise I don't think it's that bad.
It just depends if you're that bothered and how she will take it when/If she finds out you're avoiding her.

My ex lived up in Manchester and I thought I loved her, but she and I (mostly I if I'm honest) hurt eachother so much when we broke up. I promised her friendship but I never seen something so big coming and it just... happened really. I doubt I'll ever see her again, but I don't think I want to. It's a shame but now I look at her and I don't see what I seen in her as a friend or as anything else.
I guess its the way it goes sometimes.

I know the feeling. Tbh, if you don't like her, don't talk to her. Whether its "cowardly" or not shouldn't really come into it.
I think you should steer clear of the girl If she keeps going off with your mates, she seems the girl that wants attention, and they're the ones that can hurt you, so move on :)

To your question, "Do you think it right to not see your exs ever again?", it depends on the circumstances.
I speak to one of my ex's on a regular basis, and she is one of my best friends. Then, I have some ex's who I wouldn't care less if they were struck down by a bus (harsh, i know).
On your situation, it's tough. You could either show how much she's hurt you when you're around her, or act like you don't care, act like she meant nothing - even though she probably did - because it will annoy her more. Or even better, find yourself someone else! She'll go mad if you find a replacement for her.
