Just got it , i think its pants as far as i have played , no knowledge of passing can somebody help me with that as soon as i set off it passes to someone and tackled PoS to be honest cant pass i looked in book its saying all this mumbo jumbo i press it and im diving and swerving no passing

madden was my like 1st game.

all you do to pass is click on the button over the receivers head.

Yeah but that only appears once every 20 minutes is there a button i need to press?

I prefer Madden 06 to 07 & 08.

04 Was the one for me.

And you just press the button that appears the players head, head over to training mode if you find it hard.

Also, I don't know if you get the rules but that certainly helped for me when first starting up :)

i think one of the triggers shows it because it fades in the middle of the play because it will get in te way

Oh yeah that does it aswell, mind you if he has a bad QB it won't see the recievers.
