What really frustrates me is the all the hype over a game. Even Halo 3 pissed me off so much, I mean why would you go buy it at midnight, or cry about not getting it ONE freaking day before the actual release day?
It's not like it's going to be any different to the other copies..

Supersam, they have totally redone the script. none of the crappy bits repeated over and over and over like in the others

gameplay is ALOT more reallistic

you can feel your this character as you start to like him where as i couldnt give a **** if the character from san andreas died.

in a way its had a total re-do

It's not an Anti-GTA IV thread. It's just that there's too much hype over this game, and the fact that there will be flaws to the game as it is more than likely to have aspects to the previous grand theft auto games, and after a while people will get bored of it, guaranteed.

but its gotta be ******* sweet. i have played this game since i was 4 (no negative effect tbh) and every single one has made me feel excited to months before release date.

It's in my blood to get annoyed, because it's just a new location with the same gameplay as all the others to me.
Just like how I was pissed off with Halo 3, etc.

What frustrates me is all the 12 year olds on here (no offence) saying, "OMG Y HAVNT I GOT MY GTA GAME YET!! OMG NOT FAIR!"

It's like COD4. There wasn't this much hype about that, there wasn't hardly any, but in my opinion, COD4 is probably one of the best console games to date.
It seems that most games that cause loads of controversy soon become lame.

It probably is a good game if you're into the whole, steal a car, kill people, get chased by the cops, do side-missions etc, but to me it can get a bit repetitive. It's not going to stop me from buying the game though (it's always fun to shoot down some civilians to get the frustration and rage out).

1. I dont own this game. Playing it at a friends for a short amount of time was all I could stand.
2. Nothing I said called for an insult.
3. IGN also gave Halo 3 a 9.5..... ratings from one source mean next to nothing

Actually this game is a lot better than previous GTA's. If I drove my car into the wall my car would have realistic dents etc, the wall would crack or whatever. The police don't just go after me, they don't actually arrest you for crashing into other cars on this one. If I flew out of my windscreen and went into another car the car would have my blood on it. If I had blood on my shirt and went next to the police they'd go after me.

And driving is like Forza, it's so good just like online.

I've already stated that I haven't played the game, but there ARE bound to be flaws, just like every game.
It cannot be 100% perfect.

Exactly, I still play CoD alot, it's one of the best games I've every played right behind fable, I do get sick of online sometimes but if I leave it a day I can still enjoy it

Most likely yeah. All people do is complain about games either because they think the graphics are poor, or the gameplay is bad and basically they don't like it.
