They mean something like the above, i've blanked out the license details (I suggest you do too). Just keep the status/type visible and also the date the license expires. This is what they are asking for!

You are in violation of the vBulletin T&C if you sell a leased vBulletin, and the board would be suspended immediatly, vBulletin tend to conduct an investigation into the case wheather it's been sold or not; so it's really not worth bothering.
