No it's just that the ones who feel like they can't talk about anything other than music are typically rock fans, hiphop and rnb fans often just listen to it and enjoy it without feeling the need to discuss it all day.

i'd believe you, but 84.56% of statistics people use in conversation are completely made up.

i listen to basically anything interesting or pretty. mostly stuff from the american indie scene.

(the good stuff: i'm excluding street punk and oi! music)
