The Colours are poor, You need Some Shading And Your TV looks rather odd!

its ok if your newish.
If youve done then for a long time, ask for advice or go to tutorials.

I probably could do better, but I just knocked it up in half an hour, and it's been a while since I last did some alts.

Save it as .png :)

1. learn to shade
2. save as a png
3. look at some tuts.
4. dont use 2px lines
