i sometimes read the 1st page. then post if only idiots post i don't read anything and just reply

If it's an interesting thread and not too big then I tend to read them all, otherwise I would normally just post with having read the first 3-4 pages.

Depends on the thread, generally first page or 2nd

Depends what thread it is. If it's a thread asking a question I'd reply with an answer before reading the previous posts. But if it's a thread making a point, I'd read most of the posts and then make my own point and put across my own opinion.

I read about the 2nd-3rd post if it's a huge 1 with other 5 pages.
If it's the same size as it is now I read the whole page.
And when I post I read the comments just before mine :)

I try to read majority of the posts just so that I don't look like an idiot when posting (like if something has already been said, etc.) but if it's just a bunch of stupid posts or like a personal question I'll just glance over and post.
