Really Simple compared to the winners, I thought it would be like all the other one's where everyone just does a person. Anyway, I personally think its kinda good, but not in comparison to the winners, (except the camel that cheated)
Anyway I'll leave it to you guys to decide, +Rep if you give good criticism and maybe some tips

Very nice shading in the smoke.
The only improvement I can see is maybe more asian based clothes.
Like tatty, white and not a turban.. more of a head dress.. like egyptians weear.

Comments on the others: The two town scene's they look kinda good but theyre too small, unless habbo scaled them down. Blissa's is good but her shading is weird, That other camel has a fat **** (that hill thing on it since it is filtered as a word for getting busy) i.e offense to camels. The poster has a black merecedes or something :p the Nirkle palace doesnt look arabian, very bad domes tads neck is too long in mandrake's emogilly's Jinn looks like the cloud thingy is paper. And Holly-Fuzz's camel?
Where should I start?
and im not trying to say there all crap, there all good (Obviously not Holly's) and mine isnt better but theyre not perfect and I doubt they were the best.

I think thats what happens when you upload it to photobucket, my sig wasn't blurred at all when I made it

First of all, you should probably draw your own cloud, maybe make it look more like he's actually standing on a cloud? Secondly, the hands, if that's what they're supposed to be should be bigger, and so should the arms, you could have drawn them bigger, and shaded them to make them look like they were standing out. The moustache looks strange, looks like you just scribbled a brown line onto it (which I'm guessing you did.)

I'll give your alt a 6/10, you may also want to consider shading underneath your cloud to make it seem asif it's floating.

Convert the file into a .gif or .png file.

Im not 100% certain but I think .jpg is for photos.
