There are loads of free servers, i use Wamp. http://www.en.wampserver.com/download.php
It comes with php and mysql built in, so it doesnt take a long time to setup :)

Because your using a router, you need for forward port 80 to your computer. Go to http://192.168.1.1 (or what ever your router address is) login and find the port forwarding page and forward port 80 to your local ip http://192.168.x.
Orite ok. I'll look into it ;)
Ty for all help, +rep.

You don't need to look into it, you just look if you have a router,
(E.G; if it says NETGEAR and/or has an antenna.)
