Research and Development Position

Hello,

I am currently searching for some people to undertake a voluntary position under research and development. I cannot reveal too much about the project at this current time, what I can reveal is that it will be an online community of sorts.
The position will require the person to research the current market and evaluate various projects similar to the project we are developing. Under the development heading the person will be required to help generate new unique ideas and features for the project.

Unfortunately I cannot reveal that at this current time. We do have the domain as it would be a bit silly not to have it at this stage but we feel at this time we should keep it quiet.

I will reveal this; the community is going to be a online avatar based chat game, some would say similar to Habbo but in many more ways it is different to Habbo.

Also; the closing date for these applications is Saturday 3rd May, we are only accepting four people for this position at this current time.

People who undertake this position will be doing so on a voluntary basis, although there will be perks from taking the position such as free products and high promotion opportunities within the project.

I cannot currently name who else is involved as they have requested to remain ''in the background'' at this current time, I will say that this is one of their first projects like this but, like myself, has the required funding for a project of this sort. My experience is quite wide, I have spent a lot of time working for and playing on various online communities. This would be my first time owning an online community like this. In the past I have owned Habbo fansites and a couple of web design/ discussion forums.

I did not state anywhere in my posts that this project was a MMOCC. Although Massively Multiplayer Online Chat Community does cover a large market.
