My suggestion is to make a report a rep icon on the rep table if the user feels the rep is inappropriate or unfair. B
Because recently i got a -rep which was offensive, but how do i know that the rep wasn't just deleted... i want to know if the user who sent the rep got infracted for it, as it is techiqually still against the rules.

if you dont think rep is fair you can report it and it will get sorted and if its fair it will stay and if its not it will be removed.

I know :l... im saying is when they remove it... do they just remove the rep... and let it rest.. or do they do something about it for exmaple of the person left a rude comment, would they get infracted for leaving the abusive comment

They remove all your pointless rep on the current page, good OR bad.
I think Bad rep should be removed as it's literally abused now.

OMG.. im not saying tht... :eusa_wall
For exmaple... if somone swears in the comment box on the -rep.
The moderator gets rid of the -rep
But does the person that sent the -rep.. does anything happen to them... and they swore in the comment box.. they are breaking the rules and should be infracted

If you get a -rep and report it then nick will normally review it and he is fair so if he thinks its fair / unfair then it probally is so i dont think its really needed.

Yes, they usually get an infraction or a warning for reputation rulebreaking. You won't be notified specifically as that's private information if they do, however for the most part they do, and if they swear or something they certainly will be infracted.

Also, those who do issue pointless -rep which gets reported receive a PM from me letting them know that I will be going through their last 30 days of reputation and removing ALL pointless reputation that they've received as a punishment for issuing pointless -rep. :)
