firefox constant freezing / using 100% CPU

hi my firefox constantly freezes, around every 15 seconds, for about 10 seconds a time. its really bugging me... it also uses 100% of my CPU.. +rep for any help.. ive used firefox for agesss and no problems... restarted pc etc..

took me 4 mins to post this alone..

SEEM TO HAVE FIXED IT BY UNINSTALLING SKYPE :)
