Hey ive had a removable brace for about 6 days now, not a retainer a removable appliance some people get them before braces, anyway, i hear people with normal braces go yeh in the first week i noticed changes! And tbh ive not rly noticed anything happen. How long does it take for you to notice something has actually changed in ur teeth position? I take it out when I eat only coz i phisicially CANNOT chew. I do the screw things every 3 days like he said and it hurts for like 10- 15 minutes? I take it out to brush my teeth or after i have eaten to clean it, is everything Im doing right? And could you answer my questions :P ty
It depends on the person, yes, they worked, they wouldn't give you them if they're not going to, if you don't wear them then failure is your course.
Good luck!

Yeah if it feels funny eating then your teeth have probably moved. I had a removable brace before my traintracks too. I was supposed to wear it all the time, but i just wore it at night time, and the day / before I went to the orthodentist (just so it came out easily and it looked like I was wearing it all the time).

Yeh thanks but did you all take it out when you had something to eat?
you have to keep them in from about 6 months-1 year depending on how bad your teeth are so obviously they wouldn't work in 6 days...
you are just impatient

I never felt my teeth actually move, just took a couple of days after not having my brace for my teeth to adapt to their new position!
I took mine out to eat certainly! Also *remember to wash it at least twice a day, I made the mistake of not doing it and mine became a permanent brown colour.

Yepp, it worked :)
I got my train tracks coming in 8-12 weeks.
They gotta slice my gums open, attatch 2 metal bits to two teeth... and pull down two adult teeth, that wont come down naturally because there aint enough room.
Fun fun fun :)
