Just kill people, every kill gives $100 I don't remember where it shows how much you need, I think it was the screen showing the end of match stats

kl i cant get in to team death match ranked it always says disconnected

Im at Rank 2.
You rank up by gettin money yeah, says at the screen just as uv finished a ranked match, before u press continue.

It says I'm about $30,000 away from a level, I should get that within the next few days, but I might work on Campaign.
