I've not had a reply in over a week also.

I've just had a reply in the tread I made from Nick and he assured me that it will be dealt with eventually. The reason that it's taking so long is because whoever was doing them last was a lazy sod and didn't check it often enough.

I'm sure I saw Jin posting something about the email software on the server being dodgy, might be why... anywho, I've forwarded this to Elkaa so he'll check it out when he's got time.

Try re sending the email, its entirely possible that, because of the server issues we've had that have been recently fixed, it may have got lost in the system or accidentally overlooked for whatever reason.
Paul, your request is currently being dealt with it just may take a little longer than other requests as its an account security query. :)

Any email sent over the past 4 weeks will of likely not been received. The issue is now resolved, though. :)

Pfft, typical. Why can't you just make it so cautioned members can PM admins or banned members can appeal against their ban on their other account via PM.

Part of being cautioned is being denied the privelege of the PM system, to allow cautioned members to PM Administrators would go against what being cautioned is attempting to serve as punishment.
Banned members can also be argued against from the same point of view, users who have been banned have been denied access to the forum for breaking too many rules, to suddenly allow banned users access to an area of the forum would go against what issuing a ban attempts to stop.
