I did it in the airport using the Turismo, if you go top speed and hit one of the yellow ramps in the grass you should get it pretty quickly, you will have police on you though

i did. but when i hit ground, roll once or twice then stop :@

I did mine at the airport with a police car. Took alot of attempts.
