yes i get a camera phone from playboy x and you can get ringtones for it

For the Gobble Gobble, go on youtube and search " Gobble Gobble Achievement "

You're holding it for too long? just tap the button.

Just tap it whilst stopped, i think you might have to unlock it aswell

you unlock it in the mission from Manny where you have to look for Lyle Rivas on the police computers. Comes later on.

Yeah I could do it before the mission stated. It should definitely work after the mission though.. And you couldn't view most wanted or crimes, I'm not sure if it works properly before the mission.

You're ment to be in a stopped police car.
