I think £30 is a little low for a card that will play Flightsim decently.. unless all the options are set to low..
i would personally spend a little more and get a nvidia 8 series, they are very powerful..
at £80-£100 for 8 series?

June last year I paid £160 for the nVidia GeForce 7950GT 512MB and that plays Colin Mcrae well on this rubbish system..
You'll probably get an 8600GTS for the price you specified.
8600 decent?
And what specs would you say you need for it?
Well i hear Flight Sim is more CPU intensive than graphically, so an 8600GTS would be fine if your processor is decent. What is it?
what computer would anyone recommend to play flight sim?
im xp with amd athlon 2800+
Hmm, judging by your CPU you'll need an AGP graphics card rather than PCI-E, so an 8-series card won't work in it.
ok what CPU you suggest i should get?
TBH there's not really much point in upgrading anything. Maybe spend about £50 on a graphics card at the most and maybe some more RAM.
ok ill get more ram and if anyone can link to decent graphics card then ty
