i've been both places..
and i think NZ is better..
also i have family in nz, so i'd move there. :D

Not been to both but know a lot about them, I would rather live in New Zealand because its warmer and closer to Australia (which is the best country ever :P)

But the anthem of Canada bets NZ anyday :D

well, yeah, i'd like to visit both countries.

new zealand seems better though :P it's alot closer to home too. canada is a 12-hour flight away.

i think it's based on how wealthy a country is. i've seen it around somewhere.

I'm pretty sure it's for quality of life. So basically, how happy the people are that live there. Although these aren't hugely accurate of course...

I guessed they weren't accurate. How would they find out if people were happy living there or not? I mean, do they just hand out surveys or something in the town?

People rate how good different things are in the area. Such as education, leisure activities etc. There are many ways of measuring quality of life though.
