'Disc Unreadable'

Playing IV, trying to do under the bridge achievement it keeps telling me my disc is unreadable, and kicking me back to Dashboard. Theres nothing wrong with the disk, pretty much mint condition disk + clean. It did it before at an earlier point at the game, but other than these 2 occurances has been pretty sound.

Anyone know why? =\

Go to where you bought it, if its Gamestation they have a disk repair machine. Only costs a couple of pound. But if its saying that, Thats what you need to do.

It wouldn't let me do 'Under the bridge', in Brucie's but would in a tour heli.

My disc always says its "un-readable" when its good condition, its weird tbh.
