burn the ISO to disk using NERO or Alcohol or something, then boot it, but im not sure if Mandriva is capable of shrinking your Windows partition during install.

its easy :S
But theres no file on it that will run it automatically.
The files that are in it are 2 folders, one of them is /boot.
Will that work?

you download the iso.
get DVD decrypter, set it to write iso and then select the file you downloaded. If it's not a .iso then download the .iso.
then it should be a bootable CD.
