You should never guarentee 100% uptime as for whatever reason you go down then I could sue you and request for a refund for fake advertising.
Reason why ALL hosts use 99.9% for when the little bugs or downtime happen which are unavoidable they can't be sued.

Half the people on here just like arguing. It was obvious that he was saying 100% uptime upto now. Even an idiot can tell what he meant.

And so what if its a free template? Its better than most of them out there.
