Hi again, this is my 3rd rares values report.
I quite enjoy doing them and I hope to continue doing them. :)

Red is for rares trading below their habbox value
Blue is for rares trading at their habbox value
Green is for rares trading above their habbox value.
Black is for a comment on the way the rare is trading and what could happen to its value.

x11 - Alot of console messages and people in tradin rooms saying that they are selling their thrones for minimum 48.0-50.0
x1 - Only one person was seen trading this rare for 54.0
n/a - Since the throne went down everyone is buying/selling for below the habbo value rather than above or equal to.
This rare is likely to decrease in value

x2 - Some people do for 3.0
x7 - Most people buy them in pairs for 7hc (3.5 each) but some will give an offer like 3hcs and a dicemaster.
x3 - Some people do buy these for prices upto 4.0
This rare is quite stable atm.

x2 - People do buy these for around 0.9-1.1
x1 - One person was buying for 1.2
n/a - I have not seen this rares trading for above the habbo value
The report for this rare could be in-accurate because not many people have been seen trading it.

x5 - I see alot of people trading this rare for 1.5-1.8
x1 - I only encountered one person trading this rare for its habbo values of 1cs
n/a - No one really seems to buy this rare for above 1.0
This rare is likely to decrease if it continues to trade the way it is.
