they are the hours, so it goes up in 6's
the smaller ones are the minutes
and the little numbers are the seconds

I'm not being nasty, I'm happy for you if you actually do like it and are happy to wear it, but it isn't something I would pick up and buy myself, and one of these reasons its to complicated to understand to work and I really don't have time to learn it, I'm happy with my silver rolex what I actually found and never paid a penny for :)
