disk unreadable district map

everytime i load the disctrict map on cod4 it gets half way then i get 'disk unreadable' its only started today and happens everytime. is anyone else getting this problem or is it just my disk? i only got the game on the 18th of april and i take care of my disks.

My games are ALL scratched, it annoys me aswell.

My COD4 disk is hugely scratched aswell, and it doesn't load for me sometimes, just take it bk.
