Guten tag all, I am going to Germany for 2 weeks from the 10th - 25th May, hoping the weather will be nice. I am visiting around Stuttgart and the Black Forest area. Anyone been to Germany? Anywhere down the south of Germany I should know which is good places to visit? I might also visit a little bit of Switzerland too on my trip if I have time. I'm looking faward to it as its the first time I will have gone to Germany. People have been telling me that Germany is a very nice place :)

I lived in that area for 6 months during the world cup to learn German. There's plenty to visit :) If you can get there then Hem*****n is a very nice village where I lived on the outskirts of Stuttgart. Also when your there try Red Sausage which is a local speciality :) (Rote Wurst in german) also have some spetzle which is a unique kind of German pasta. Don't forget the giant pretzles! They're the best!

Some friends of mine went to the Black Forest area for a school trip last year and said it was the best school trip they'd ever been on by far. Hope you have a great time. :] I'm going to Berlin in 2 months or so. :]
