Nearly all shops use those tv's when demonstrating games. (next time you go shopping, when they have one of those stand things.. check what tv it is) ;).
And im pretty sure theres a game mode setting.

Most LCD HD tv's have good quality these days. Even my cheapy cheapy one.
I think I read somewhere that the actual screens are only made by six companies or so.

Most of the screens come from the same factories, cheap factory, middle'ish factory and superb factory xD

Ugh, using TV's for computers is stupid, I'd rather have 1920 x 1080 on a 24" screen than have it on a 42" screen.
Although I suppose 26" isn't too bad.

It's decent for gaming, at least if it's just for you. It's only 720p, but that's pretty much expected with a smaller screen. 8ms response time is a bit low for Samsung, but you won't notice much of a difference. It has a decent contrast ratio for its size, and all around a good TV for what you paid for it.

As for the contrast ratio, it has a DYNAMIC ratio. This means it's probably only about 2 - 3,000 : 1

Apple give you the resolution to suit the screen though. Theirs is around 2000 x 1600 so it doesn't look awkard within the screen.
Also those TVs are great, most of the F1 teams use them within the pits. You'll see them a lot in the Ferrari pit. Really strong and long lasting TVs.

Samsung TVs are good :)I think I have either the model up from that or the model down from that. They're reliable and do the job well :)

But still, all games look better on computer monitors.

Yeah, Its so crafty lol.
I watched a documentary where a factory has loads of lines of workers doing stitching (in india) one line they got primark, next to that line they got Top shop, then they got fcuk then they got h&m.. lol.
Samsung and Sony Bravia are the best.
