habbo uk forgot about all there competitions

Becouse of the update the have forgotten about all the competitons.
Also rumour has it that lw refuses to keep working on competitions becouse his contract will expire. Poor lw lifes cruel :(

Well actually Habbo UK sort out the community, entertainment and the site, it's Sulake who are concerned with the updates and glitches so that isn't an excuse for inactivity.

But its still Habbo UK's priority to recieve the update, check for bgs and errors and report back to hq. So yeah, I think if the update didnt go right then the competition winners wouldnt be able to claim the prizes if they recieve major lags or errors like not being able to get inside rooms etc

Well I can tell you there's not. That means there should be no reason why some people can't be working on competitions aswell as updates.

Urm, I really disagree with you. People have put a lot of time, effort and spent a lot of their money on these competitions. If Habbo make a competition they shouldn't forget about them!

The two above posters are right, Habbo have created these competitions and people have paid to make rooms for them. Plus Sulake do have alot of people working for them.
They still need to annouced the Glad-e-ate my hamster or what ever competition.

They should just deal with the competitions, I don't think it takes all that much effort as they make it out to be.

Actually, its because of the updates they havent got round to announcing the winners, if he refused to carry on because of a contract, i'm sure he'd be fired or something. No one seems to remember, but with the Fountain Of Kitsune competition their was actually meant to be some Hunt for Draxiel Quest thing which never happened. I think they just forget stuff or they have a set amount of time for each event which runs over. E.g Gladiators was two weeks so they never did the Guest Room Gladiators Comp bit or the Danger Zone and Duel which were apparently meant to be the next event they held.

That happens quite alot when they are about to release the results, maybe they did it yesterday expecting to release them and never got the chance?

Well in response to that, not all the staff sit their choosing winners, e.g Buubar is the graphics guy or something right? Well I doubt he would be helping choose the designs, although I dont think he's actually in the UK office.

With the update things are probably hectic, like they need to fix the console.
After than the competitions are sure to be finished or winners announced, not much we can do. Just wait :)
