It is totally different to any other game... a lot more realistic and great fun!

Cars are more realistic, in terms of damager, handelling and looks!

Xbox are not better, as you have to pay for the online, you don't get a big HDD, plus you don't get features like Remote Play and Playstation Home.

120 GB Hard Drives..
We pay for Live so they can make updates and we can constantly have good servers and everything, downloadable content.

I can go on but I can't be bothered.

Playstation Store allows downloadable content, plus the servers always get sorted on the PS3.

Also if the Xbox 360 has been out longer, it has older technology.
