Skiller does not mean level 3, it means someone who does more skilling as opposed to combat. Alot of maxed combat people are "skillers" because all they do now is skill rather then combat.

Thank you, when I got my dark bow I made another 9 rune sets in low bh.
I can sometimes hit 30-30 if I use a range pot. (66 range) You may think its not possible but it is if you think about my attack is 60, strength is 59 and I hit 20-20 with a pot.
