Hey,

What do people use to get videos in good quality of games, like where its not a video camera, its something plugged into PC and tv or sumit :S

I've heard of dazzle, but is that any good ?

And could you also say any other ones that are any good, and is £40 worth it for Dazzle?

Cheers

I'm a fan of Dazzle DVD Recorder. You need Y adapters to make the most of it, they're fairly cheap. And if you want to play 60hz PAL for games like Halo 3 on Xbox 360, purchase Dazzle DVD Platinum, which is more expensive. If not Dazzle DVD Recorder should be fine. Dazzle DVD Recorder is like £30.00 and Platinum is like £50.00/£60.00

I think this will explain. Goes on for a little while but if you're interested in Dazzle it'll explain.

Dazzle is very good, theres videos on Youtube how to set them up and stuff, but they don't allow HD so if you use it to record on Xbox 360, one of the plugs has a HD switch, you'll have to turn that off.

Niko actually there is a way to record in SD and play in HD.
You simply get the HDMI cables and plug those into the TV and then get your SD cables and plug them into the dazzle, simple as, no AV splitters needed.
I have a Red Dazzle (50hz) which I use for my Wii.
But Im getting an Xbox in around 12 days, so with the remaining birthday money I have, I am going to buy a Silver Dazzle (50hz and 60hz)

The RED one, can only record in 50hz, that means you cant record CoD4, GTA IV, Guitar Hero 3, Halo 3.
Silver Dazzle can be bought here - Click (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=96887&source=2001&doy=search)

You can record them, just means it doesn't allow HD in the recording, I doubt that effects anything though, however I'll get a Silver one anyway. :D

That might be the same with the PS3 but I read somewhere that the PS3 can switch between 50 and 60hz PAL. I hope so, otherwise I might take advantage of a returns policy!!

So I guess the Silver would be my best bet, I hope Argos does refunds? :P

If not I'll have to pop it on eBay.

Even if it's been made for a home delivery? Because I'm getting my new computer desk and chair so I can have a proper gaming place in my new bedroom. :P
