View Full Version : What We Had In Our SATS.
First Paper - Tier 4 - 6 ( Hate Maths )
We all was in our sports hall where some of the lower people were in other rooms.
3 -5 , 4 -6 , 5 - 7 , 7 - 8.
I think I done bad in Algebra, N - 13 = 3? I Was Like Lol What?
We Had English our first one was that we was an explorer and we hade to make a story, of how we felt, how we got there.
I said I was riding in my jeep and I went onto a log in the road fell down the hill and was put in the middle of the jungle I called my person Nikolai Bellic Lol. I hope SATS examiners dont realise. My mates laughed at me cause I said the Lion ran off when I hit it with a rock in the nose I forgot that Sharks run off :(.
Much Ado About nothing I thought was a total sham it goes Extract 1: Benedick And Beatrice. Beatrice says to Benedick KILL Claudio!
Extract 2: They Confess their love.
Sciene Paper I got one silly question wrong
What loses more heat, African Elephant or Indian Elephant I put the god damn Indian.
But SATS was easy I didnt get the Sea Eeels And Herring bit.
I didnt revise I just done it 5 mins before school bell rang than done SATS, Than football at break.. than 2 lessons than SATS.
Yah that was me :] I thought it fun being wid like 200 of my class friends in a sports hall.

N - 13 = 3
N = 3 + 13

No, its 16 lol
You *REMOVED* :P
N - 13 = 3
Therefore: N = 13 + 3
Therefore: N = 16
Take it from someone doing A Level maths =)

imagine it being ten little piglets, you take three of the piglets away and you are left with seven not three
and that isn't even what you're expected to do in the question lmao.

N - 13 = 3
So:
13 - 3 = 10
Therefore:
N = 10
That's what i'd of put anyway.

wrong, your taking 13 From N and your left with 3, therefore it is 16.

You have to be joking me? It was the African elephant quite obviously, as there was a larger area on the ears to allow more loss of heat. The Indian however, had small ears, therefore losing less heat. It proved it after the questions when it said "John put a small metal strip around a can and a big metal strip around a can, as though they were ears, and the larger one lost more heat... explain..." Duhh..
We did the Tempest and it was easy as anything.
The See Eels and Herring bit was well easy, the less Cod, means the less Herring, therefore increasing the amount of see eels as there was one less species eating them... something like that -.-
You revised for 5 mins? Shows you really care about your life.
I know SAT's aren't too important, but it's good practise for your GCSE's & A Levels. Also, the higher your SAT's score, the higher ability group you will be placed in when you go on to do GCSE's in Year 11, therefore an increase in the chance of you passing, with a C or better grade.

Jees look at you all making a big deal of the SATs. They're nothing big, and like yourself I played football with my mates instead of revising and I still managed to get decent grades and now i'm on for good grades in my GCSEs this summer.
All the SATs do is determine which sets you are in for GCSE level. Even if you do bad in SATs you can still get moved up or down sets in the GCSE years.

N - 13 = 3
So:
13 - 3 = 10
Therefore:
N = 10
That's what i'd of put anyway.
Even if you did do it like that
-13 - 3 = N
-16 = N
N = 16
So it will always be 16 whatever way you do it.

If N = 10, then the sum would be 10 - 13 = -3. :eusa_whis
N = 16
16 - 13 = 3
If it was 13 - N = 3 then yeah, as it'd be 13 - 10 = 3.
