Please can i have your views.. and some improvement points.. Obviously its not finished. But i need some more points and ideas to help improve my future designs.

I suggest changing the way the radio player looks and moving it to another place, right in the banner is distracting. Background design/colour would be good but other than that, a pretty good layout.

It's alright, but I've seen them gradients around a lot, and that effect, you ruined it with the inner shadow.
