It took me a while to work out which one to do.

Here's what happens:
Dwayne is an easy kill, just a guy with a baseball bat and then your open to Dwayne. If you kill Dwayne you then get $25,000 from Playboy but he'll hate you anyway.

If you kill Playboy X it's a little harder but it's not as difficult as it sounds, gun down the 4 people protecting Playboy, Playboy then gets in a car and drives about 100 metres up the road and stops in an alleyway with a dead end and he has no bullets, so you can just execute him. You get Playboy's large house as another Safehouse and a little cash (something like $1,000 I think but I'm not sure), you also unlock Dwayne's friend ability and when you unlock Dwayne special friend ability for being good mates a while you can call for backup any time during a mission and two security guards will be sent to you as backup.

I wouldn't let the Safehouse swing it for you, you get one nearby if you haven't already, at the end of the day a Safehouse is just a place to save and begin the game. The 25k is very tempting and can help with the 500k achievement but 25k won't be all that much towards the end of the game and it could be made up easily. The two security guards later on if your good friends with Dwayne will be a good addition so I chose to kill Playboy.

I killed Playboy, I liked Dwayne more, I felt the character of Niko could relate to him, and he was genuine, unlike X.

Another advantage for killing X is that you get new clothes from his safehouse (GTA3 Clothes FTW, but Nikos clothes are still good :P)

Btw I killed X (On the PS3 version though)
