Ok this guide is to help people who cannot figure out how to get custom themes onto a PS3.
1) First, download the theme from www.ps3-themes.com (http://www.ps3-themes.com) or similar sites like that. (The site is safe btw)
2) Second, if you have a PSP, Make a folder called 'PS3' and inside that one make a file called 'THEME' (Must be exactly like that)
3) After you put the downloaded theme into that folder disconnect the PSP off the computer and connect it to the PS3.
4) Go to Theme settings on your psp and click theme - Install. It should say ur PSP as a Storage device. click it and then click the theme you want in ur psp.
5) When done it will show your theme on ur PS3. Congratulations, now u know how to put PS3 Themes onto your PS3 using a PSP
