I like the red bit on the eye, signifies there will definitely be trouble... or someone will be the odd one out in the group (maybe another mole). Just a few interpretations :D

And as for the new eye I got the impression that because it was early everything will be early like eviction night and trials etc to mess with TVs housemates to make them think its likes day earlier then it is or something¿ also this year expect less gimmicks and more wierdos according to official site ;)
