My gta 4 disk kept saying it was unreadable so i got some ramdom stuff and it worked, i used: spot cream remover and this disk thingy (i tryed it on it own but didnt work). Then i whiped over with smooth cloth and wala it worked!

You can bring a game to Game and they remove scratched for like £2..
