Where can i find them in liberty or on the islands? Also whats the controls to them cuz i always crash when i get one on free roam :(

The game tells you the freakin' controls.
And they're at the Heli tour on the 2nd island...

Anyway, when you unlock Algonquin, there will be a helitours place you can onlock. There, you can nick one

Controls - RT/R2 up
LT/L2 down
Analog stick - Steer (hold RT?R2 @ same time)
RB/R1 - rudder left
LB / L1 right
