I think I've came across a slight glitch in my o2 Rewards :P I am on Pay As You Go on o2 and usually I get 300 free texts a month if I top up by £10 before my anniversary date.

I recently changed from that to o2 Unlimited, but realised that was no good so I changed back to the 300 free texts.

Anyway for some reason, this month they decided to give me 12000 free texts!!??

Not as if I'm complaining or anything but did anyone else get this?

Did u top up £30 as that might be what unlimited means..?

I havent got that unfortunately (i dont think :S)
And i just switched from unlimited to textalot.

Ummm.
When i was with unlimited (after my balance expired) they only started charging me for 1/4 of my texts for a few days then stopped, so dunno if theres glitch with their system or something.

I wouldnt go about telling them anytime soon though, just dont change your priceplan or do anything that could knock your balance back :P

Nope, I was on the 300 texts plan, and I topped up my traditional tenner a month and it gave me 12000 instead of 300!

My god, I wished that happened to me. I go way over 300, and end up losing my tenner which I top up.

Top up £30/mo then and u get unlimited texts and still get to keep that £30 :P might be cheaper for u in long run.

I don't think their system is up to much these days, a couple of weeks back they sent me a text saying I'd earned £3.00 calltime as a reward and when I texted to claim it, they sent me a reply saying it will be processed but they sent me the same reply about 20 times

LOL, who would text that much a month anyway?

me and two other friends put £30 on in a month, and we had a race to see who could use them all up, two of us did, and one used 8,000

i was texting a good 4/5 hours a day, possibly more, and sometimes it was just sending a message to everyone in inbox saying "how're you?"

ahah.

fun times (H)

Now ive just got unlimited texts on a contract, and i always go over and i don't send stupid pointless texts ;'[!

my friend always gets this, he tops up £15 and instead of getting 500 free texts (lke i do) he gets like 10,000+
its crazy, and he usually uses like 6000-7000 of them

They have the new O2 Simplicity plan which gives you unlimited texts + data for £10 per month, you may have been switched to it by accident?

You may have been moved to Text & Web. Last November there was a special offer where if you moved to that tariff you got unlimited web and unlimited (12,000) texts topping up £10 a month. That's what I've been on for ages now and I get the 12,000 every month.
