Flooding mute has now been disabled.

It seems the minor update for the console has created a 300 second limit on flooding, it now seems flooding mute has now been disabled all together. There most likely to be fixing the problem setting the settings back to 30 not 300.

it should be 120, so it deters flooders but doesnt make it more worthwhile to reload the hotel
