its not hard to aviod them the last time i got a warning was a few months back becasue i accidently avioded the filter.

*Add's ,Jess, to the list* But yeh, I agree it's not hard to avoid infractions, and the infraction I currently have was my fault because I forgot to change my Sig. I have said it before, and I will say it again, if you want to act like an 'e-rebel' on a Forum, then expect to be punished :P

It's not very hard at all to avoid getting a warning or infraction. It's easier when you have had previous experience as a moderator as you know what posts will get what punishment. Although in my 3 years on this forum I have only ever accumulated 1 warning and maybe 2-4 usernotes when that system was inplace. Another point about the recent complaints is to remember that all infractions/warnings issued are checked by a super moderator and if they think it's unfair they it gets reversed. It's not hard to post by the rules many, many people do it.
Yea, last time i got something bad on my profile it was a warning
22-01-2008 10.03PM - for a signature violation.
I just see the other users complain abut their infractions, and laugh tbh. although sometimes i must say, i have to agree with them ;)

Aww, you're all too kind :P
Completely agreed with the thread starter. The main thing to remember is that if you don't go near the line, you can never fall over it. It isn't hard to not insult someone and not post porn :P

Many people manage to follow the rules, it's not as hard as some people make out. Just don't do the things which are clearly inappropriate for this type of forum or better yet read the rules thoroughly and you won't have any problems :).

Fizz?
Anyway, I think it's just fine as it is - there are some moron moderators (none to be named), especially no-one with the name as the son of a virgin. Some moderators are diabolical and work for the count, but some are alright I suppose.

You're better off applying to be a modeator than shuving your head up their ***** mate.
Everyone has the right to apeal their infraction so I don't see why you're so bothered. Imo most of the infractions given out on the forum now are pointless and cause too much trouble. Infractions should removed to make the forum more peaceful again and to stop people having massive grudges on moderators. Also, moderators wouldn't feel so powerfull which would make them better members as they wouldn't be so power mad.

You're saying that infractions don't make members hate moderators?
Back in the day when JackHb, Seacat and Baving were running the forum, moderators were respected and friends with the members. Now that we get a PM every now and then telling us that we have been given an infraction with the moderators name who give you the infraction it makes use think that the moderator is targeting you ect.. ect (obviously others will have their own opinion.)
If moderators could do their job behind the scenes and just send a PM to members when their SERIOUSLY in danger of being banned or cautioned like they used to, we would get on with them a lot more.
Everything you have just said is wrong.

lmao. Some moderators just think they get everthing right, but in some occasions they are not and they just ignore you.
